Hi, I've got to get some RAM for a dual processor G5. Has anyone had any good experiences with any sites online that they would recommend? I haven't had much experience buying parts for macs. Thanks.
so you would rather pay twice the price for ram directly from apple? when they are selling you the same stuff you can get it somewhere else cheaper? there is no such thing as "apple ram" if they say that third party ram and is not covered by warranty.. you simply ask them that if this is true.. why do they put in third party ram themselves into the machines? they use either crucial or samsung. just a thought
Yeah, I definately agree with that. That's why I was asking for other options. Apple is for people who don't care about money...I do. Well, they're not that bad but you do pay more than you need to.
