Best Type of Xbox 360 Fans

I recently fixed my xbox 360 red ring problem but now when i play games it tends to overheat. I have taken it a part and made sure everything is nice and how it should be and it is. I have my xbox on a laptop cooler and that prolongs play time but it eventually freezes. So i have come to the conclusion that i need a better fan. What is the best fan to put in your xbox. I have no problem replacing the factory issue fan.
