    the programs is called Online FLV Converter. It lets you download Flash Video / FLV file (YouTube's videos,etc) to MPEG4 (AVI/MOV/MP4/MP3/3GP) file online. its a great online video converter. its pretty fast to. i use it to get videos from youtube and into my ipod.

    once you download videos from Youtube, how's the quality? Is it recommendable to burn it to dvd?
