Hey I was lookign at video cards. Im looking for a pci-e card but as i just bought a $650 pc I dont wanna go crazy on a video card. I found this one BFG Tech GeForce 7300GS OC PCI-E for $90.00 It is 256mb ddr2 and operates at 570mhz (core speed) Do you gus beleive this is a good enough card? I couldnt find any benchmarks at all on the net. I wanan be able to play games that still come out not on highest quality and not highest screen resolution. Id rather have the 7600gs but here in Canada its like $150.00.

thanks , oh ya here the link: http://www.staples.ca/ENG/Catalog/cat_sku.asp?CatIds=88,93,3549,315&webid=645137&affixedcode=WW

This specific card that you want is great for viewing pictures but not for any high end gaming even though it has a very large memory of 512mb (depending). The card is great for any other uses though and I recommend it highly.

(Another thing.....I'm not sure if Newegg.com ships to Canada...But if it does you can find the card there for around $60....)

If you have any more questions I'll happily answer them...

The only cards that are in the price range of $120 from nVidia would be the 6600, which is an all around good card which can handle most current games and applications well, 128mb 6800's which are alright but cant compare to the 6600, if you take a step up to the 256mb 6800, which is a lot more money, you'll get amazing performance on all scales. And lastly would be the 7600GS, this card does work alright but still can have some issues gaming (if you decide to get this card make sure it has a fan), but the card is fairly good.

A list of cards in your range...

    Some amazing deals!
