Yup, i've done the firmware, the drive is now recognised to have 10GE firmware installed. The ASPI thing still is said to be corrupt, maybe nero infotool is being odd? Thanks for all the help by the way. I will try and burn another disc and see if the firmware has done anything.
cool, good luck that's strange about the APSI, i just compared yours to my infotool. maybe later we can look at entire infotool log or something..
Well, i have burnt two ISO images onto DVD+RW and they have both worked so far; I think instaling the new firmware done the trick. Thankyou very much for your help creaky, it is much appreciated.

i downloaded this Ntsc Jap game . and i'm using swap Magic Swap magic loads it but the game is stuck at the loading screen. plz help me anyone who has had this problem and fixed it plz help me.

Go to whatever game forum that the game is and ask there. #2 You dont just ask a question rite out of the blue that has nothing to do with the topic of this thread. #3 do a search in the search area to see if others have had this problem. @Lestat11 glad creaky was of some help and glad you fixed your problem happy burrning.
