bin file problem?

Can anyone help? i downloaded a film but it is a bin file. ive done a few divx and xvid to dvd with no problems and have a few programs to re encode files but ive never came across a movie file that is bin how do i encode this and what programs are best to use. i have tmpeg plus, tmpeg dvd author, main concept and some other programs. sorry for being a newb thanks in advance.

 

Use ISOBuster to extract the mpeg from the bin file.
