How about renaming the first one or extracting to different folders???

bro, don't extract the individual rar files which has the cue/bin parts, found inside the CD1,CD2,& CD3 folders. Use winrar to extract instead the contents of your original destination folder when you downloaded it(where all the files & folders were downloaded to).Winrar will combine all the rar files to create the complete cue/bin needed to burn all 3 CD's into the winrar "extract to" folder including keygen and pictures.
    -----------------------------------------------
Another way is to extract with winrar the contents of say, CD1 folder to a new folder to get cue/bin for CD1. The same with CD2,CD3,Keygen,& manual folders.
