Bins For 4000, 5000, 6000, 7000, 8000, 8100

Breck its me again I have downloaded the bin 100, the new bin 147 and the pro loader. I have down loaded the bin 100 to the coolsat box but when i download bin 147 at the end it says it failed. Is this normal or i am doing something wrong. Sorry i been a pain but i would like to get my coolsat going. Thanks.

 

How to Properly Load NorW Bins !

1. Write down your dish Settings (You will need them for step 7)
2. First do a Factory Set !! [Menu-System Settings-Database Reset-Factory Set]
3. Load Factory Flash !
4. Factory Set
5. Load the load latest bin
6. Do another Factory Set !
7. Setup your dish settings
8. Setup your options [Renumbering Local Channels is a new option]
9. Auto Scan sats. (turning off network search will speed up 110 scan)
10. Set Time Settings and Channel Locks, Exit and Watch TV


**NOTE** Remember to always turn your coolsat off by the switch on the back of the unit before you disconnect or connect the coax cable or you may damage the stb.

i try it many times and when i try to upload the 147 bin there is an error that say something like error ( 0-2) neeed helppppp

 

Agreed...latest loader, latest bin, same error as above. It'll load the factory and prior bins but not 147, and yes, followed the instructions to the letter. advice from there appreciated

 

also the issue is related to the 6000, and I have seen several other posts with the same issue

Guys, the bin here is corrupt, it does not get past checksum. Get the real file from DSStester. Look at the file size and you will see the file here is MISSING 3% at the end. Working great here, goodnight.

I HAVE TWO COOLSATS A 6000 AND A 7000 THEY ARE BOUTH WITH THE SAME DISH AND THE 6000 IS WORKING GOOD BUT MY 7000 I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE IT BECAUE I GET GOOD LEVEL AND QUALITY ONLY WHEN I TURN IT ON BUT AFTER ABOUT ONE MINUTE OR TWO THE QUALITY GOES TO ZERO AND THE LEVEL GOES TO ABOUT 30 TO 40 AND I CAN NOT SEE ANY CHANEL. PLEACE I NEED HELP I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SOLVE THIS FOR ABOUT A MONTH AND NOTHING HAVE WORKED SO FAR. THANK EVERYONE

 

What lnb's are you using and what sats are you pointed at?

 

Try downloading 147 from somewhere else and try it again.
At least we can figure out if you have a bad file.

 

The only thing I can recommend is get your files and instructions from a reputable site.

 

Turns out the file was corrupt - issues with my host.
I have added as an attachment to a post and tested it and everything seems to work ok.

GO GET YOUR FILES AT REPUTABLE SITES. IF YOU GO TO A REPUTABLE SITE FOR THE FILE, WHY COME HERE AND ASK HOW TO INSTALL IT. LOOK IN THE FORUMS AT THE SITE WITH THE FILES ARE AND YOU WILL FIND ALL YOUR ANSWERS. GETTING FILES FROM ONE SITE AND THEN COMING HERE TO GET INFORMATION INSTALLING THEM IS INSANE. USE YOUR HEADS. IF YOU GO TO SOME BLOG OR WHAT EVER TO GET FILES YOU NEVER WHAT YOU ARE GETTING.

I KNOW I HAVE THE CAP LOCK ON, BECAUSE MAYBE SOMEONE WILL READ THIS AND LISTEN. THIS IS GETTING TO BE A BUNCH OF B.S.
