2 QUESTIONS: 1) i just put my x-ecuter 2.2 lite in and ot a screen that says at the top FLASHBIOS (CROMWELL) PLEASE INSERT CD W/ BIOS UPDATE. what does this mean? i know nothing about computers 'cause i'm a very new newbie. 2) Also, it takes me several ( sometimes many ) tries to get this screen on, and it is very fuzzy when i do get it on. I'm using the cable that came with the xbox. What's wrong? Is something not soldered in enough? Thanks.
