Bitpim question (LG AX4270)

    bitpim can't detect my LG AX4270. i gjust bougth a data cable and i know it works because it charged my phone. LG AX4270 isn't in the bitpim list. is there another program i should use? i tried the option "other phone" or whatever it was but still didn't detect it. what should i do?

    I'm in the same boat. Just got the AX4270 (Alltel) data cable. No luck with VX3200, VX7000 or VX8000, which all share the same cable. I have been using BitPim with my LX5550. For that phone I had to tell BitPim to use the VX4500. Works fine, but my AX4270 is another story. Have you made any progress with BitPim or other program?

    nah i haven't unfortuantly and its pissin me off lol. its gettin annoying. i know theres gotta be a way though. ill keep you posted if i figure anything out.
