I have a MAC OSX v.10.4.1. and i have a bunch of movies that i've gotten through bittorent im just trying to figure out a way to put those files onto a blank DVD+R freeware would be appreciated...
Mac the Ripper is free http://www.mactheripper.org/ Toast isn't free http://www.roxio.com/enu/store/mac.html
Your BitTorrent movies are probably in AVI, MP4, XVID, etc. formats. For a free route: 1. Use MPEG Streamclip to convert to a VIDEO_TS folder. 2. Use DVD Imager to create a disk image (e.g. an IMG file). 3. Burn the disc image with Mac OS X's Disk Utility.
(Don't forget to install Perian!) If you want to burn movies to a DVD-R then put create a burn folder, drag the movies into it, and burn. If you want to convert a movie to a DVD then use something like Toast.
alas it be IDVD, on my old laptop it worked quite well since you used bittorent for the movies why not use it for........ http://saloon.javaranch.com/cgi-bin/ubb/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=73&t=000438 -tripplite
