Black & White 2 pixel shaders

i have the same problem is anyone can figure out a way to play this games if your card dosnt support pixel shader 1.1 please let us no i really want to play and i cant return the game so i hafe to fix it some way

 

i hav the same problem as u ppl, maybe directx 10 (when it comes out) wil allow us to play it, good luck to all of you! and maybe if some of u hav some connections like with an extremely smart comp person, they could figure it out.

i bought a radeon 9250 just to play this game.

 

ok i got black and white 2 for my birthday it was like 45$ and i was all happy then its like u need pixel shhader 1.1 wtf sould i go get a new computer to just play black and white if theres a download of pixel shader or some thing i can do plz tell me

 

i got the same thing with my b&w2 it is really F**KED i dont wont to get a new computer for B&W2 only is there a way??

well I know something, but just going well by "siedler II - next generation demo", where I got the same problem with pixelshader 2.x.

Download the newest directX from microsoft and the newest drivers for your gfx card.
Perhaps you need some "innofficial" drivers, try a look here http://www.forum-3dcenter.org/
or in google, if there is any support for inofficial drivers for your GFX card.

If you use nvidia gfc card it should help you, like its helped me.
But you won't see the great GFX effects, its just running the game without them.
