    has anyone heard of RIAA or any other monster trying to track bulk blank dvd purchases

    Don't see why they should; purchasing blanks is no crime. Also, it'd be a very false accusation if you had a load of homemade dvds to burn..

    Wouldn't put it past them though.. :X

    rumor going around on the east coast...totally illegal..YES..would I put it past them...NO, just wanted to know if anyone has heard of this
