Blank DVD region codes

    Do blank DVD's have region codes. e.g. If i want to buy blank dvd's in america, can i burn them in australia?

    No region codes on blank dvds.

    Problems arrise if you're using an Australian dvd-rw drive and then send the backups back to usa for people to watch. Then there can be a region and/or format problem between PAL/NTSC.
