i was wondering if there is any way of blocking my IP address so i can surf and download anonymously either by using software or by changing some of the internet settings for broadband? if anyone can tell me how to do this i wil be very greatfull thanks very much
Use google or some other search engine you might prefer to find these. Use phrases like: 'surf anonymously' etc. This should give you some hits.
do a google search for a program called PeerGuardian, it's an ip blocker for known companies who try to scan your files when sharing and surfing.
