I am trying to encode to MPEG-2 from TMPGENC.
I downloaded version 2.5 from their site and selected the Super Video CD (NTSC) template. I have tweaked the settings according to other messages I have read from other forums but I am still getting blocks on my video. Is there an easy way to get rid of these blocks in order to have a nice quality video?

    Thanks

hard to say without seeing the actual video, but if you have simply used the template, then I think a slight 'blur' on the image may take you far. if the video is very fast moving you wont be able to help this tho.
