blocky pictures?

    i had just recently bought a 37in lcd and why looking around at tv's i noticed that there were some lcd/plasma's with blocky pictures it look nice on still and slow moving pictures but action fast moving screens there were blocky pictures but just wondered dont know much about it but my westinghouse was well worth it and just wondered why the movies were looking blocky......

    It is usually coming from the network you are watching. CBS during the Superbowl the pictures looked "blocky".

    It depends on the source and how the store had them hooked up. Some cheaper sets do have problems with fast motion.

    Forget what I said. I didn't realize you were looking at them at an A/V store.

    the newer 07 model TV'S will have a faster processing unit to basically eliminate image blur and distortion.The processor will now be 120HRZ which is double that of the older and slower processor which was 60HRZ.
