blue screens after installing patched nand, is it bricked?

    i hard modded my new 3ds all went well had the blue error screens, backed up nand then installed the patched nand.
    built back up 3ds turned on and 3ds stayed on blue screen? is this bricked.
    if so can i use the r4i card and magnet trick?
