I have been trying to convert my blue-ray movies to video files with Dolby digital 5.1 audio and cant find a way to do it. Is there anyone who knows anything about this process?
    Thanks for any help

When you say video files do you mean like avi, you'd need to rip the dvd to hdd then use an encoder to convert it to mkv as that's the only container i know of that can handle hd content (perhaps mp4 can),my sig has link to guides section,as for getting the bluray disk to the hdd you can use dvdfab or anydvd, both handle hd movies.
