    Are there adapters that can change flash cards in memory stick or memory stick duo.

    Redefine your question clearly, from what I can understand what u are asking is "Is there an Adaptor for Flash Cards", the answer is yes most of them come with one such as Transflash cards. However you cannot "convert" a flash card to a Memory Stick or Memory Duo.
