    nero.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.

    this is the message i get when i try to open up nero..i dont know why..i just installed it and i burned once and then next time i tried to open it..this is the message i get...also this


    AppName: nero.exe AppVer: 7.0.0.0 ModName: bcgcbpro730.dll
    ModVer: 7.30.0.0 Offset: 0011d51b

    does anyone know why..or is there i patch i need???

    That was a known problem with first release of 7. Get the update from nero.
