broadband disconnected, firewalled

Help needed here every time i try to connect to my ISP i get this message. Broadband disconnected and firewalled. Why?

What do you mean by "try to connect to my isp"? Are you trying to go online? Could you post a screenshot?

How do you post a screenshot.

1.) Copy your screen: Go to the screen you want, and press the PrintScreen button on your keyboard (nothing will appear to happen).
2.) Paste/save your screen: Open an image program such as Paint or Photoshop. Click Edit > Paste. Save the image somewhere on your computer.
3.) Host the file online: Make an account somewhere like Photobucket. Host the image.
4.) Post the image: After hosting the image, you should get a URL. Post this url in a post here by putting it between image tags.

 

have you tryed geting a hold of your internet service provider? that would be the first i would do, also if you have broadband it should be on all the time!
