I broke my usb ports. I have a dell dimension 5150. It has 2 usb ports in the front. A little black piece of plastic that holds the pins together snapped off in both of them (I got tripped up in the wires of the devices that were connected). I was wondering, is it is possible to replace these. I am unsure because it looks like the power button is attached to it. If I can, can I just go to an electronics store and pick up the usb port and quick install it. If I cannot, I have two open ports in the back of my computer, but having ports on the front is much easier with other external devices. Any ideas?

Buy a USB Hub and Plug it all in there or you could have to go at stuffing some new plugs in there from the ends of USB extension leads.
