Building A NEW PC

Hi i want to build a new pc i have about $700 or a little more. to spend i like Asus motherboard & Nvida cards but would accept other suggestion want the pc to be loaded.Intel processor, wi/fi tv,tuner,hdmi,usb 2.0&3.0 lot of memory large (1-2 tb) best harddrive. Also i would like suggestion on a good blu ray external writer in the $150 or so range.

Best place to buy parts would also be helpful.
