burn dvd without dvd burner?

    is there some way that i could download software off the internet so i can make dvds with videos from my computer? even if i dont have a dvd burner?

    i have 2 drives, the dvd at top, and the compact disc one at the bottom.

    if you have a cd burner you can burn video on cd's with nero
