BURN GAMES WITHOUT MOD CHIP!!??

    I was check out this site that says that with:Top Secret MegaCD 2003 Software you can burn games and play it with out the use of a mod chip. This software is true is it!?? /www.howtocopydvds.com is the site that I saw this burning software.but if anyone no's about this thing let me no about it. thanks....
