Playa Here is the link to the sire with the firmware http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_all.php also your version is out of date. you have b100 and the newest is b101, just like I said download it then run the file and it will update automatically. Make sure your nero version is the newest, you can visit nero's website and select the upgrade. Have fun

Thanks for your help creaky, but unfortunatly the update isn't good because every time I try to update the firmware a screen appears saying "download nogood". Is it supposed to do that? I wish I knew how to solve this problem. Please I need your help. Can you please help me? I am desperate!!!.

@player19 - need more exact info re the firmware problem, ie is it downloading the file that you have a problem with, or running the firmware update ?

p.s. i forgot to mention, there's nothing wrong in your logfile, other than the firmwware being slightly out of date, everything else looks fine. so......re-checked thru the logfile and the firmware is actually recognising this particular disc fine, ie there 3 lines below -

If the firmware wasn't up to date enough for these particular discs, you'd only see the 1st line out of those 3 lines, in your logfile..

so....not sure the firmware will help for these discs (will help for other discs though), therefore you have two choices here, update the firmware anyway, and if the problem still persists with these same discs, then you'll need to try better discs
