    Hi all..

Last night I burned a DVD with 1 menu with 2 files. The files are PAL avi. I burned the DVDs asking the resulting DVD to be NTSC. When watched, the picture freezes in random spots but the sound continues. When the next scene happens the pictures continues normally with the sound and picture in sync until it happens again. Like I said, it's random. Sometimes it happens quite a few times in a row, and sometimes it won't happen for 4-5 minutes. I tried the DVD on 2 different machines, and it happens in the same place, so it is a burning issue.

I've done the same sort of burn a few months ago, with no problems.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks...

    Greg

I agree with delray...a log could uncover any problems you might be having.

Additionally, have you checked the output of your conversion program before burning the result to disc? What program are you using to convert...Vision?
