burned movie with no audio?

have downloaded the same movie on 3 different occasions,on all occasions
burned it to dvd as data.
when i play it on my dvd player it plays fine but on all occasions there has been no audio,the thing is there is audio if i play the movie on pc in nero/winamp?

the movie is invisible,i noticed a thread in this forum about something called invisible but i think it was edited so it makes no sense.

 

I assume that it's a DivX file.
Drag it onto GSpot.
Check the audio and decide if your DivX player accepts it.
The one in the pic (left/centre) is MP3 audio
