PM received and answered... Maybe a bit wordy but it had some useful info. If you wanna go IDE then the Pioneer 116 is just fine. You won't be able to scan with it AFAIK but hey who needs that crap... hehehe. For what you spent at BB you can prolly get 2 new ODD's at the EGG....
