Burner won't read it's own burns..

    Hi! I have a Nec 3550a dvd drive. It has worked perfectly for me in the past with any media I have thrown at it. Usually i stick to Ritek 8x silver label dvd's. A couple weeks ago I mistakenly purchased the same media in white label and they burn perfectly, but the drive cannot read them at all. I have updated my firmware to the latest available on nec's site (1.07) but still have the same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated as i have 100 discs I need to use up.

    Do you have an ASPI layer installed on your computer ? google and install ASPI layer 18, or force ASPI, reboot computer then play disk. good luck, Rev
