Hi Everybody, I have ripped a movie using MAC The RIPPER...then I used Toast 6 to burn it on a dvd +R....but a message came out saying that there was not enough space on the DVD... Any of you can tell me , if with bMac The Ripper and Toast 6 Platinum, I'll be able to burn a movie??????????? Please help
you may need this step: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/125996 yes you can burn the movie... but if its too big then you're going to need to compress it. you can use dvd2onex. there is also popcorn.... but dvd2onex is much better.
compress with dvd2onex so it will fit onto a dvd+/- aka dvd 5. or u can buy duble layer discs aka dvd 9 so u can burn it too.
but them dual layer dvds are bit pricey.. about $20 for a pack of only 3! http://www.macmall.com/macmall/shop/detail~dpno~465660.asp
yeah but it is still an option. if you think about it would still cost less money to do it on a double layer disc (like $7.00) then to go out and pay the price of another copy (for instance dodge ball unrated $25.00) p.s. nice new signature
yeah that is true... but i dont see it.. i mean unless you want to not compress it.. yeah... i've been bored all day at work and i had some free time.. downloaded all the pics from amazon.com... used paint and threw it onto photobucket.com... i'm working on them for friends for other sites now.. http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a378/thelox714/greendaycs.jpg http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a378/thelox714/drag-oncds.jpg http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a378/thelox714/evecds.jpg
I've been using PopCorn to compress and write after mtr and have not had any problems....from what Roxio says, PopCorn uses the same "writing" software as Toast but adds compression capability...
thats the closest you get to all in ones for mac.. the pc world now has a new version of dvdxcopy or something.. but will never be as good as macs.. they can try but they will fail for sure
why do you need an all in one? just do it the old fashioned way. u will actually learn what you are doing and how it is being done. lazzy damn people.
