your burner has old firmware update to 1.0B: LINK
some of your drives are not on DMA.... follow the DMA guide:
    http://my.afterdawn.com/alkohol/blog_entry.cfm/231/dmaissues

using too much memory ..... shut down unnecessary programs .... you have the minimum requirements of RAM so no multitasking while burning/encoding/transcoding!

you are using crappy media.... use better media Made in Japan... look for the MIJ on the label of the box or spindle or just buy Verbatim which is top notch but made in Taiwan/Singapore and the only non MIJ disk allowed near my burner!

these drivers are not a windows system files or a windows core files and are deemed to be 40-49% dangerous according to File.net and should be removed. It is not known what these drivers do and this is the first time I ever saw these files!

burning too slow is just as bad as burning too fast.... I would burn at 4x with better media!

use the best version and most stablest of Nero 6 (6.6.0.18)... your version could be buggy:
Before udating to 6.6.0.18 I would save the serial #, uninstall Nero, then use the cleaning tools : http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/eng/Clean_Tools.html
then do a registry clean up(free registry cleaner, CClean: http://www.ccleaner.com/download/downloadpage.aspx?1) and defrag...... then reboot!

    install package one:
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_burning_rom/?539

    then install package two:
    http://www.nero.com/nero6/eng/Patch_for_NVE3.html
reboot and you're good to go!

try again after following these recommendations. good luck!
