    Hi guys,

wondering if anyone can help. i really new at this so please be patient if i seem ignorant cause i probably am :) i recently learnt how to start downloading movies. i can watch it on my computer with Media player fine but everytime i use NeroShowTime to play the movie, the picture and sound are out of sync. at first i thought i was downloading bad movies but it was happening with every movie i was downloading. the real problem is that when i go to down load the movie as dvd through nero startsmart, the picture and sound are out of sync like when i watch it through nero show time.

im using nero version 7. can anyone help me and tell me what im doing wrong and how i can fix this so i can burn movies in dvd properly?

    Hi.

Do you have the same problem when viewing using Windows Media Player or another software player? Lots of people report problems with Showtime.

    Make sure you're using a decent version of Nero: 7.0.8.2, 7.5.9.0, 7.7.5.1.

Nero isn't always the best AVI to DVD converter. You might try ConvertXtoDVD. It's preferred by many, myself included:

You can always try updating the codecs on your system:
