Even though I have the lic.bak & key.bak files in the same folder as my bought 'singles' it will not allow me to burn an audio CD. I just get message 'cannot complete - check licences' I have them and got them from well known site but have now used up my allocation of licence 'redownloads.

    Any help please.

I downloaded them from Napster and 5 free ones from my ISP, Wanadoo's own music site.

I can't even play them either, somehow the licenses have lost contact with the tracks.

    Thanks

it sounds like they're copy protected. you might not be able to burn them to cd.

Is that correct, even though I buy the tracks from Napster I'm not permited to copy them to CD.

    Cheers for the replies weazel.
