Well, first we are going to need a bit more info 1 What format are the files (movies) 2 What burning programs do you have 3 Size of files
downloading w/limewire, burning with nero, they are in mpg format, and want to burn so they play in dvd players more then the computer
250-700+mb file sizes burnt one today and plays fine on computer but wont play in normal dvd play for the tv

can anyoune tell me what software i should get in order to download movies to a cd please help im new to this
1st of all you need to download to DVD not cd. Many free software programs out there. dvd decrypter, imgburn, dvdfab decrypter, 21day trial of anydvd (highly recommend purchasing this). dvd shrink for compression. There are many more just search this site & do some reading. Everything you need to know is here. Good luck.
Unfortunately, most of these programs that were mentioned WILL NOT do what you require them to do. You will need either NeroVision, which will convert the AVI or MPEG files which is usually the format d/l movies are...or you can try ConvertX. I would suggest Nero 7.
