I have copied one of my DVDs and I want to put it on a new disc to act as a back up for the original. Now when I copy the DVD using Nero 7 all the files are copied but the "new" DVD does not behave like the old one i.e. I cannot activate the subtitles or any of the other extras like "Choose Frame". Am I doing something wrong?
I'm a Newbie and would appreciate any guidance whatsoever.
    Thanks

A little more info would be most handy in assisting you.

    What title is it?

What programs did you use to rip the original DVD?

What speed are you burning at?

What kind of blank media are you using?

Here's a thread that outlines the best backup options available.

Either follow some of the options listed in that thread and try again, or fill us in with a few more details so we can help you out.

if an original dvd, it has to be ripped (copy protection out) first.
