An error keeps coming up and stops the process. says failed to read file D: DATA ERROR ( CYCLIC REDUNDANCY CHECK ) What can I do? this disc is the only one I have a problem with. I HAVE BURNED TWO DISC'S SINCE AND HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS. THE MOVIE IS 8,153,217,00 BYTES. I will burn movie only.
crc errors usually mean a dirty, scratched,or bad disc. give it a good cleaning. the disc wouldnt be resident evil 2 or little black book would it? if it is RE2 then read the gigantic thread on this forum for sollutions.
if it is resident evil appocalypse, use Super DVD Copy to extract the movie. May b you should use Super DVD Copy to extract that movie ur trying to burn too. Some how i feel like RE Appocalypse has a new protection scheme that is some how can b decrypted by super dvd copy. This might sound crazy but it is the only theory igot on my mind 4 now.
Before dropping 60 bucks, you could also try one of the free alternatives...dvd decrypter, using the psl file found on the resident evil thread, or on the dvd decrypter forum.(this method worked for me) Or use vob blanker(also free). No need paying for things that can be had for free.(imho)
ok then after that it costs you 60 bucks. Ive given him 2, completely free alternatives, why spend money when you dont have to? or download something thats only going to work for a month?
i just read this website from sony http://www.sonydadc.com They're making a new encryption scheme 4 movies as well as games. Im worried if our current program will b able to deal w/ those.
