I saw a 26.05GB HD dvd file online, but how would I burn that?

Is there even a dvd-r disc that big? I've heard about blu-ray dvd burners, but I have yet to see a HD burner...I have a standard LG 16x burner, I guess I can't burn any HDs with that even if i have a big enough dvd-r disc??
