burning .mdf/.mds files and play it in a dvd player.

hello everyone,
i got a movie file ( 1 .mdf , 1 .mds) and i would like to burn it and play it on my dvd player for my grandmother. i've tried using magic iso but it didn't work. any help would be greatly appreciated

Try downloading ImgBurn from here:

http://www.afterdawn.com/software/cdr_software/cdr_tools/imgburn.cfm

After installing the software, you should be able to simply rightclick on the .mds file and select Burn Using ImgBurn option. The program should then put it right on the blank DVD in your burner.
