burning movie with different fps into VCD

    Hi, does anyone know how to burn a movie, which has 19fps (frame per second) into VCD? As I know that VCD usually comes with 23.97fps, 25fps or 29.97fps.

    Any help will be very much appreciated. Thank you.

    You Can"t....VCD MUST have 23.97/25/29.97fps...19fps is an extremely Non-Standard Frame rate, Were would you get a File like this and/Or who would even Make a file like this and are you absolutly sure that this is the Real Frame rate???
