    Subhantj,
    I'm no pro but see if any of these ideas help. You may be burning too fast for your liteon dvd rom device? If it is a read 8x max like mine you should burn slower; also I see that you have the DMA disabled for the Liteon, search your help files on the computer to see how to enable it (it allows for much faster data tranfer) Lastly I rarely burn on the fly try burning to the hard drive first and then from there to disk. Again I'm no pro but I think that you trouble may be buffer underrun and these ideas may help resolve it. Lastly if I read your log correctly you have enabled relaxed restrictions for disk structure as stated here:

    Allow path depth more than 8 directories : TRUE
    Allow more than 255 characters in path : TRUE

    If this is so you should consider keeping the restrictions as "not relaxed" as this will make the disk totally compatable and the relaxed restrictions may make the disk unreadable in certain situations.

    Hope this helps ...Later,

    @Subhantj -

    - firmware appears to be up to date - http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?download_id=1941 and http://cdrinfo.com/Sections/Firmware/SingleModel.aspx?DriveId=1008

    - that's not right, should say 'detected:ATAPI'. see next paragraph, hopefully that will sort this out

    -DMA needs to be ON for that Lite-on drive. Fix it like this - http://home.comcast.net/~bbmayo/FAQ.htm

    - this is fine, but if you use DVD Shrink, set target size in Shrink's preferences to 4300MB so all future movies will stay away from outer edge of discs

    - haven't used this media myself.

    - ....but your drive is moaning about the media

    - try slowing it down to 4x

    Basically try the above stuff, then do a 'simulation' burn in Nero, this won't write to the discs but will go thru the motions with a disc. If that works ok you should be sorted, but if not, get better media
