When I attempted to "Open Disc" on a Region-3 disc using DVD Shrink, a message came up stating that I would have to change the region on my dvd burnet to Region-3. It also stated that I would be able to change the region of my dvd burner only 4 more times. Has anyone else run into this before? If so, is it possible to get around this issue? If anyone could help me out, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks a lot.

jimonee78, Welcome to our little Club -

To answer your question, use something like DVD43 which will remove the region on the fly -

    Here' s the link -

    http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/dvd_rippers/dvd43.cfm

Then you can do what you will and not change your drive - REMEMBER, you have a 5 change limit then you're stuck -

    Enyoy,
