Burning Problem

    I have a burning problem I hope someone can help me with. I use to be able to burn on DVD- disks with no problem. I backed up 100's of movies. Now it seems my burner will only accept the DVD+'s. It is weird. I am using Dvd Shrink, AnyDvd, and Nero. Should I just keep using the +'s and say forget about it..

    hi

    did you happen to change brands then you got problems with -R?

    as you changed over to +R and alls fine!

    alot of burners cant read every disc going....

    I had been using the Maxell -'s with no problem, I just used a Memorex + that my sister gave me and got a really good copy and got all excited that the +'s were working but then I tried another movie with the + thinking it would work and it failed... I have updated all my programs, flashed my drive like I was told, updated the firmware and have no clue what is going on. It seems I can only get a copy once in a while with the plus's now.

    may just be the discs as your burner sounds AOK!

    tell us the media id codes from this bad boy discs?
