burning to a dvdr

    hi all. ive downloaded some films on my pc and i want to burn them onto a dvdr so i can watch them on my tv through my dvd player but i dont know how to i was told to use roxio easy cd creator 6 which i tried but no luck but to be honest i dident really know what i was doing so any help in layman terms would be great

    yippieeeeee ive cracked it thankyou just one question it took about 7 hours to encode is that about right or can i speed it up anyway

    that's pretty much about right

    it is a very slow process

    The encoding time has a lot to do with processor speed, memory, drive speed, etc. But it still is a long involved process. Glad you got it figured out.
