What a junk this nero is. i am sorry I bought it.
Everytime you go to burn it will not burn your Menus and autimatically adds annoying subtitles that you can not get rid of.
    Nero 7.00

    My process is this:
    DVDD > VIDEO_TS > to Nero Recode.

If your using Recode 2 to do a backup of the DVD then you must not know how to use the program if you cant get it to rip the menus with the movie.

Yes somtetimes you might get a DVD that you backup with Recode 2 that the subtitles might come up when starting the movie but all you have to do is turn them off. I have had this happen with alot of diffrent programs I have used not just Recode 2. I think it manly has to do with how the DVD is structured.

Anyway do what ChrisC586 said find a guide if you dont understand how to use it. It is actjully simple. All you have to do is choose to do a full backup of the movie. I think you are choosing to do the main movie only. Doing this you will only get the movie not the menus. So next time make sure your choosing to do full movie backup.

    I appreciate the advice.

I reburned using Shrink. I believe shrink used nero. It came out with the menus and no subtitles.

I tryed turning off subtitles from the DVD but no controls are usable on the dvd player except pause/stop and play.
Never a problem when shrink uses nero for the burn!!!!!!!

It might be the settings you have for Recode. I would still try to figure out what is happening, as Recode is alsomt twice faster than Shrink. Also, I like to save the shrunk files from Recode to HDD and then burn with Nero Burning Rom. Not a problem.

    Thank you

I have been using those techniques from the guide exactly as shown.
I did notice that my added files have 3 large titles each 3GB in size.
In the guide the sample showed 1 title at 3GB.

When Shrink burms isnt it using NERO
