I have a downloaded copy of burnout 3 and i put in on my hard drive and it just freezes half way through the loading screen. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a patch or fix or something i did wrong? Help please. Thanks Ben BenD188@hotmail.com
does it freeze when u try to play world tour?.. if so.. then i turned "dj off" under audio options... and it worked fine.. i have a dvdrip..
I have exactly the same problem. I have tried every thing. Different dashboards, (avaluanch,evolutionX, UnleashX)Tried upgrading the bios with the latest x2 and m8. Tried deleting old saves, setting the time and date, patched it again with craxtion 4.0 but nothing seems to do the trick. Have the same problem with other games also. What should I do that I haven't don already? Please help!
Well to get this to work i patched it when i copied to my hard drive with dvd2xbox(newest one) and i also flashed my bios to the latest bios. Then it worked, im running evo-x 3935 btw.
Can my problem be that I copied from another xbox? But other games worked? Why are there just some that wont? They have work on other xboxs, when we did the same thing
Hi All, Ive also had the same problem. It lockup in one spot in one race all the time. Ive turn off the DJ in the audio and the same prob. How do you patch it on the HD. Are we talking the game or updating the bios. Im running a X3. Thanks S
hey all everybody who has a problem with Burnout 3, just delete the contents of your cache folder in the E partition of your xbox... so all you have to do is go to E:/cache and delete everthing inside. this has worked for me with many other games so it might work with Burnout 3 as well... Just try it.
