Butterfly effect back-up problem

    i need help, im trying to make a back-up copy of The Butterfly Effect, but i keep getting a data error, data error (cyclic redundancy check), can anyone help ......

    Its not a scratch and Im using DVDshrink and Nero. I cant get passed trying to re-author with dvd-shrink...anyone please?

    I didnt have a problem with that movie,it came out before the newer, and tougher, encyptions came out.
    Try to rip it with dvd decrypter first,maybe that will help you get past that error.
    crc errors usually mean a dirty,scratched,or bad disc.

    Put it through DVD Decrypter first--then DVD Shrink--Make sure you have the latest version of both--this is how I got that DVD to rip--
