buying a new cd-r(w)

    can somebody recomend a good cd-rw.with a 2 sheep buner or higher.. thanx

    The best 2-sheeper around is the Plextor Premium followed by the Lite On 52327S and the Asus 5232AS :)

    ok thanx for the info. but one more question.what should i look for in the product specs to tell me how many sheeps it is .i am newbie at these kind of stuff so more the info the better. thanx

    The EFM capability (sheep rating) is a quality that would be lost on 95% of folks looking at drives so it's never advertised on the box. There are lists around but they're all quite old and haven't been updated for some time.

    The three I listed are the best of the bunch especially for the newest protections that have become very tough to beat without the right drive :)
