buying a new graphics card

    crap i ordered 7600gs instead of 7600gt agp. now i try to find 7600gt agp and couldnt find on newegg. is there is big difference between 7600gs and gt. my power supply will be coming after 3 days and i will be ready .btw this is psu link which i ordered

    they have pacific time. i checked but not available till now. do u know how long it takes to cime instock. i m returning my 7600gs.it looks a big difference from gt.

    Yeah it is, wait for the 7600GT to come in stock. I don't know how long it takes to get stuff in stock, I'm from the UK.

    i m amazed that there is no compitetor of newegg that can give at the same price with that much variety of products

    I just wanted to give a quick update. I finally received the card and it is performing better than i expected. I had a geforce fx 5200 and would play all games at lowest settings. Now, i play all games, swat 4, aoe 3, star wars, everything at MAX settings. No lag, smooth transitions. I just kept my old AGP system for another 6 months to 1 year. I must say i am happy. My specs are AMD 3000+ 300 GB HD, 1 GB kingston ddr2 400 ram. on board sound card. Nothing to great, but i am happy with m ypurchase. I would benchmark it, but only if people really want me to.

    did you get the leadtek 7600gt if so cool im getting one aswell on monday.
    iv just seen the prices in the states it works out im payin nearly twice as much for the same thing in the uk. the great british ripoff strikes again

    no , newegg is out of stock and estimated to arrive on wednesday, if i m lucky and not is school i can get this time definitely.

    Good luck then! Yeah UK prices are a ripoff. £230 for an X1900XT, $290 in the US, what is THAT about???

    the psu that i bought is not compatible with my atx. my one was hybrid between atx and micro so now i will get the powersupply for the graphics card that u suggested in previous post
